NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Chesterfield Borough Council intends to dispose of these two parcels of land having an area of 0.35 acre (0.14 hectare) and 0.3 acre (0.12 hectare) respectively, or thereabouts - what3words addresses: ///next.badly.leans (Holland Road) and ///dined.insect.curve (Stone Lane)
It is intended that both areas of land will be marketed for sale, potentially for development subject to any necessary planning permission(s) being obtained.
