A Petition has been brought in the Court of Session, Edinburgh, Scotland, by Ardyne Estates Limited, Petitioners, for rectification in terms of section 8(1)(b) of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1985 of the Disposition granted by the Toward Estate in favour of James Lyle, dated 28 July 1948 and recorded in the General Register of Sasines for the County of Argyll on 5 August 1948.
Notice of the Petition is hereby given to any descendants or successors of the late Mrs Isabella Alice Lyon or Coats and any other persons claiming an interest in the subjects, namely Auchafour Farm, Toward, Dunoon. If any such person wishes to challenge the jurisdiction of the court or to defend the action, they should contact the Deputy Principal Clerk of Session, Court of Session, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ (Telephone 0131-225 2595) immediately and in any event within 21 days from the date of
publication of this advertisement.
