NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (North- ern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at GarmaAdvisory Limited, 5th Floor, Metro Building, 6-9 Donegall Square South, Belfast, BT1 5JA on Tuesday 13th October 2026 at 10:15am for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order, to consider the statement of affairs of the company to be laid before the meeting, to appoint a liquidator and, if the cred- itors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee. A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Garma Advisory Limited on the two business days imm- ediately preceding the meeting between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm. Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy.Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxy at the offices of Garma Advisory Limited, 5th Floor, Metro Building, 6-9 Donegall Square South, Belfast, BT1 5JA no later than 12 noon on the business day before the meeting. The resolutions at the meeting of creditors will include a resolution spe- cifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated.
