NI WATER - APPLICATION FOR A MARINE CONSTRUCTION LICENCE UNDER PART 4 OF THE MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
What is happening?
A Marine Licence application has been made by Northern
Ireland Water to install a new surface water outfall sewer
to accommodate a new development on Parkgate
Avenue, Belfast. The outfall will be in the location of
Connswater River, north of Mersey Street Bridge (Lat:
54.601301, Long: -5.8876432).
Marine and Fisheries Division DAERA, is the Marine
Licensing authority for Northern Ireland, and controls the
deposit of materials from the high water mean spring tide
mark out to 12 nautical miles.
