What is happening?
Northern Ireland Water has available to let for
grazing approximately 179 Hectares of land in the
Loughmourne area, in the County of Antrim for the
period 1st November 2026 to 31st October 2028
This land will be leased for a period of 2 years. Your bid
should be that which you are willing to pay for each year.
SUCCESSFUL TENDERS:
The tendered amount must be paid within the terms of
the invoice.
Northern Ireland Water reserves the right not to accept
the highest or any tender.
Tender packs must be returned on or before 3.00pm
16th October 2026.
