IN THE COUNTY COURT IN NORTHERN IRELAND
SOUTH EASTERN ADMINISTRATIVE COURT DIVISION
SITTING AT NEWRY COUNTY COURT
TAKE NOTICE that I, Daniel Bird, Secretary of St Peter’s GAA Club, Warrenpoint, intend to apply to the County Court sitting at Newry Courthouse, 23 New Street, Newry, BT35 6JD for the above Division commencing at 10 o’clock in the forenoon on 4th November 2026 for the grant of registration of St Peter’s GAA Club, Warrenpoint for its premises at 15-19 Mary Street, Warrenpoint, Newry, BT34 3NT.
AND TAKE NOTICE that this application will be dealt with by the County Court sitting at Newry on 13th November 2026 commencing at 10 o’clock in the forenoon.
The applicant club is the owner of the premises.
The objects for which the Club is formed are to promote the aims of the G.A.A, as are set out in more detail in the Club’s Constitution.
All of the information, particulars and documents required under paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 2 to the Registration of Clubs (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 are attached.
FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person owning, residing or carrying on business in premises in the vicinity of the premises of the club for which the registration is sought who intends to object to the grant of registration must, in accordance with paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 to the Registration of Clubs Order, serve notice of his intention to object upon the club (at the club’s solicitor’s address below if necessary) and the Chief Clerk not less than one week before the time of the opening of the court sittings at which the application is to be made.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the permissible grounds of objection are any of the grounds specified in Article 5(5) and (6) of the Registration of Clubs Order.
