Public Notice Under Section 121(2) Of The Charities Act 2011
Craven Arm Playing Fields Association (registered charity number 522571) give notice that the Charity proposes to make a 15 year lease in respect of the Nursery Building attached to the Carven Arms Community Centre to enable the provision of a pre-school nursery which is for the benefit of the local community.
Any member of the public wishing to make representations on the proposed Lease is invited to do so by noon on the 31st October 2026.
