Notice of Intended Transfer of
Open Space Land at
Stratton Gardens, Bolsover
to Old Bolsover Town Council.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the above mentioned Act that Bolsover District Council intends to dispose of land at Stratton Gardens, Bolsover, Derbyshire having an area of approximately 1177 square metres. The purpose of the proposed disposal is to transfer ownership to Old Bolsover Town Council. A plan of the land may be inspected at Bolsover District Council, The Arc, High Street, Clowne S43 4JY on Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm or on the Council’s website.
