Notice under the Trustee Act 1925 Metal Improvement Company Hourly Paid Staff Pension Scheme (the Scheme) Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 (1) of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Scheme (the “Trustees”) are winding up the Scheme. If you have received communication from the Trustees regarding your benefits and/or the wind-up of the Scheme within the past 12 months, then you do not need to take any action. The wind-up of the Scheme commenced on 16 June 2026. Anyone who believes that they are a member of the or otherwise has an interest, claim or entitlement under the Fund Scheme, and has not otherwise received notification of wind up of the Scheme is required to provide details to the Trustees in writing to this address: Metal Improvement Company Hourly Paid Staff Pension Scheme Aon PO Box 196 Hudders field HD8 1EG Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, the period during which they worked for Metal Improvement Company or other associated company, if applicable, and any documents supporting their claim. Claims must be made within two months of the date of publication of this notice. Once two months have elapsed, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not, as regards the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they do not have notice.
