Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Maidstone Borough Council proposes to dispose of the interest in approximately 14,676.22 sqm of land known as Surrenden Field, Surrenden Road, Staplehurst.
Further details of this disposal may be obtained by emailing property@maidstone.gov.uk the office of the Director of Finance and Resources, Maidstone Borough Council, Gail House, Lower Stone Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6NB. A plan can be requested and will be submitted electronically.
Objections to this proposal should be sent in writing to the Director of Finance and Resources at the above address, or by email to property@maidstone.gov.uk not later than 2nd October 2026.
