Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 11th September 2026 it made the above Orders to:

1. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.

2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside Nos. 100-116 The Coppice, West Drayton
ii) Outside No. 28 Stormount Drive, Hayes
iii) Outside No. 17-31 Oakwood Road, Northwood
iv) Opposite No. 38 Skipton Drive, Hayes

3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 103 Cleave Avenue, Hayes
ii) Outside No. 33 Marvell Avenue, Hayes
iii) Outside No. 40 Triandra Way, Hayes
iv) Outside No. 11 Sylvana Close, Hillingdon
v) Outside No. 66 Raleigh Avenue, Hayes

4. Remove 1 metre of Zone HY2 permit holder parking place in Sutherland Avenue, Hayes from the northern extent of the parking place adjacent to No. 162 North Hyde Road, replace with ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions.

5. Install limited time waiting restrictions operational ‘Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and 2.30pm to 4.30pm’ along the following sections Rickmansworth Road, Northwood:

i) Southwest side, outside The Old Forge and True Lovers Court between existing sections of double yellow lines.

ii) Northeast side, between the junction with Kewferry Road and the bus stop outside The Grange.

6. Introduce a partial footway parking place opposite Nos. 1 to 5 Pynchester Close, Ickenham.

Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 21st September 2026 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE – INSTALLATION OF ‘AT ANY TIME’ WAITING RESTRICTIONS
DOUGLAS CRESCENT, HAYES – At the junction with Willow Tree Lane

WILLOW TREE LANE, HAYES –At the junction with Douglas Crescent.

SHEPISTON LANE, HAYES

i) Along the western side of the road from the junction with Station Road, southwards to the signalised crossing leading to the subway under the M4 motorway.

ii) Along the eastern side of the road from a point 12 metres north of the southern boundary of No. 31 Shepiston Lane, southwards to the signalised crossing leading to the subway under the M4 motorway.

GILBERT ROAD, HAREFIELD – At the junction with Breakspear Road North.

BREAKSPEAR ROAD NORTH, HAREFIELD – At the junction with Gilbert Road.

GLOVERS GROVE, RUISLIP – At the junction with Greystoke Drive.

GREYSTOKE DRIVE, RUISLIP – At the junction with Glovers Grove, extending along the western side of the road opposite Nos. 97 to 100 Greystoke Drive.

NORTHWOOD ROAD, HAREFIELD – At the junction with Ash Grove between Nos. 130 to 136 Northwood Road.

ASH GROVE, HAREFIELD – At the junction with Northwood Road, between Nos. 130 to 136 Northwood Road.

GRESHAM ROAD, HILLINGDON – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 57 Gresham Road by 15.7 metres eastward.

GLENCOE WAY, HAYES – At the junction with Telford Way.

TELFORD WAY, HAYES – At the junction with Glencoe Road.

FIELD END ROAD, RUISLIP – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 725 Field End Road by 11.8 metres.

NEW ROAD, UXBRIDGE – Extend the existing double yellow lines at the junction with Connaught Heights.

CHARVILLE LANE, HILLINGDON – Both sides northeast of the junction with Langdale Drive, southwestwards to the existing double yellow lines at the junction with Bury Avenue. Converting any existing single yellow lines to double yellow lines.

LANGDALE DRIVE, HILLINGDON – At the junction with Charville Lane.

SUTHERLAND AVENUE, HAYES – Convert the sections of existing single yellow line to double yellow lines:

i) Adjacent to No. 164a North Hyde Road and outside No. 2 Sutherland Avenue.

ii) North of the parking place adjacent to No. 162 North Hyde Road to outside Nos. 1 and 3 Sutherland Avenue.

RICKMANSWORTH ROAD, NORTHWOOD
i) At the junction with Dene Road.
ii) Both sides of the road southeast of the bus stop outside The Grange, to opposite the junction with Green Lane.
iii) Southwest side, outside The Old Forge and True Lovers Court between existing sections of double yellow lines

COPSE WOOD WAY, NORTHWOOD – Extend the existing double yellow lines at the junction with Rickmansworth Road to a total distance of 30.5 metres from the southwestern kerbline.

THEODORA WAY, EASTCOTE – At the junction with Wiltshire Lane.

WILTSHIRE LANE, EASTCOTE – At the junction with Theodora Way.

PYNCHESTER CLOSE, ICKENHAM
i) Outside Nos. 1 to 5 Pynchester Close.
ii) At the junction with Hoylake Crescent.

HOYLAKE CRESCENT, ICKENHAM – At the junction with Pynchester Close.

MILDRED AVENUE, HAYES – Install double yellow lines at the junction with Ross Close.

ROSS CLOSE, HAYES – Install double yellow lines at the junction with Mildred Avenue.

NINE ACRES CLOSE, HAYES – Extend the existing double yellow lines into the access road adjacent to No. 53 along the northeastern side for a distance of 11.4 metres.
