PART 4 OF THE MARINE AND COASTAL
ACCESS ACT 2009.

A Marine License application has been
made by Causeway Coast & Glens
Borough Council for remedial works to the
Old Slipway at Portrush Harbour, Co.
Antrim.
Marine and Fisheries Division DAERA, is
the Marine Licensing authority for Northern
Ireland, and controls the deposit of
materials from the high water mean spring
tide mark out to 12 nautical miles.
