NOTICE OF OBLIGATION TO COLLECT GOODS / INTENTION TO SELL OR DISPOSE

Pursuant to the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977, notice is given that the Club has possession of AROS, a grey Macwester 27', left uncollected on a Hardway Sailing Club mooring in Portsmouth Harbour. Owner unknown.
The owner, registered keeper or anyone claiming an interest must contact Sue Roberts, Mooring Officer

(mooringofficer@hardwaysailingclub.co.uk)

to arrange collection/removal and settle outstanding charges.
If contact is not made and collection arranged by 10 December 2026, the Club will, in accordance with its legal rights and the Act, dispose of the vessel and/or contents, including by sale, applying
proceeds towards sums due and disposal costs.
