NOTICE OF INTENDED APPLICATION FOR AN APPROVAL UNDER THE REGULATIONS
I Johnathan Da Rosa of Wortley Hall LTD, Wortley Village, Sheffield, South Yorkshire S35,7DB. Hereby give notice that I Johnathan Da Rosa on 09.09.2026 applied to the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for the renewal of an approval to use of the following premises: Wortley Hall
For Civil Marriages and Civil Partnerships conducted by a superintendent registrar and a registrar subject to the availability of the registration service team.
Any person wishing to object to the intended application may do so by letter stating in full the grounds on which the objection is based, addressed to the Service Director of Law and Governance CORE services, Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 679, Barnsley, S70 9JE.
Any such letter must arrive by 1st October 2026.
The application and the plan of the built premises which identifies the room or rooms in which marriages and civil partnerships may, if approved, by solemnised may be inspected by contacting the Register Office on 01226773555, until such time as the application has been determined by the Council/or the applications has been withdrawn.
