SECTION 123(2A)

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that Hastings Borough Council (“the Council”) intends to dispose of three parcels of land which consist of or form part of an area of deemed public open space. The land intended for disposal is described in the Schedule to this Notice.
A plan showing the land intended for disposal is available to view on the public notice board at Muriel Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings, East Sussex TN34 3UY or can be viewed on the Council’s website:

www.hastings.gov.uk/my-council/transparency/public


Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds for objection, no later than 12 noon on 9 October 2026, by email addressed to

legalservices@hastings.gov.uk,

and marked “Land off Sidney Little Road - Public Open Space Notice – reference 005269/LJ”.
