Little Hill - To Carry Out Restricted Works

Little Hill Grazing Association has applied to the Welsh Ministers for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Little Hill.
The proposed works are: a 152 metre length of fencing including a cattle grid and 4m gate along the boundary of RCL60 to separate the RCL11 common and RCL60 common.
The fence will be located at the eastern edge of the common alongside the road from Glascwm to Gladestry. The fence will be a metre high stockproof fence with a grid and a gate for access.
A copy of the application form and map showing the proposed works will be on display in the notice board at Hundred House Hall car park, it can be inspected at any time until the Tenth day of October 2026. A copy of the application may be obtained by writing to address as below.
Any objections or representations should be sent in writing ON or BEFORE that date to the Planning Inspectorate Wales at Crown Buildings, Cathays Park, Cardiff, CF10 3NQ, or
