NORTH NORTHAMPTONSHIRE COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given by North Northamptonshire Council (“the Council"):
1. That, in accordance with section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the Council intends to dispose of 100 square metres of land to the south of Hardwick Road, Wellingborough for the installation of telecoms equipment (the “Site”).
2. The Site includes areas of land which may be deemed to consist of public open space.
3. The disposal of the leasehold interest in the Site is to release
the land for telecoms equipment.
The Plan showing the Site may be inspected during normal office hours at North Northamptonshire Council Bowling Green Road, Kettering, Northants NN15 7QX and is available via the weblink below:

Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds of objection, to Director of Assets & Environment, North Northamptonshire Council, Corby Cube, George Street, Northants NN17 1QG or email
