NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at BTG Begbies Traynor, Scottish Provident Building, 7 Donegall Square West, Belfast BT1 6JH on 1 September 2026 at 11:15am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 85 to 87 of the Order. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a full statement of claim at Scottish Provident Building, 7 Donegall SquareWest,Belfast,BT1 6JH no later than 12 noon on 31August 2026.Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. If you cannot attend and wish to be represented, a completed proxy form must be lodged at no later than 12 noon on 31 August 2026. The resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated and the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting. Pursuant to Article 84 (2)(b) of the Order, a list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be made available for inspection, free of charge, at Scottish Provident Building, 7 Donegall Square West, Belfast, BT1 6JH between 10.00am and 4.00pm on the two business days preceding the date of the meeting stated above.
