NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Joule's Brewery Limited has applied to Stafford Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of: Royal Oak 25 High Street, Eccleshall, ST21 6BW
The proposed variation is to:
1. Remove the condition contained on Annex 3, Section 1 requiring all windows and doors to be closed after 20:00.
2. Remove the condition contained within Annex 2 requiring car parking provision for 20 cars.
3. Submit an updated premises licence plan to reflect the current layout of the premises.
4. Extend the licensed areas to include the additional areas shown on the proposed plan, including the Coach House and Function Room.
No changes are sought to the existing permitted hours.
