NOTICE OF PROPOSED REORGANISATION SCHEME

Edinburgh International Festival Endowment Fund (SC004511) has applied to the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (‘OSCR’) for approval of a reorganisation scheme. Details of the proposed reorganisation scheme may be obtained from OSCR’s website (

www.oscr.org.uk

) or by writing to OSCR at Quadrant House, 9 Riverside Drive, Dundee DD1 4NY. Anyone who wishes to make representations to OSCR may do so in accordance with regulation 5 of the Charities Reorganisation (Scotland) Regulations 2007. All representations must reach OSCR not later than 17 September 2026.
