Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG)
Belfast City Council has prepared draft Supplementary Planning
Guidance (SPG) associated with Policies HOU3: Protection of existing
residential accommodation and HOU13: Short-term let accommodation
contained within the Belfast Local Development Plan (LDP) Plan
Strategy 2035.
The draft SPG will be available online from Monday 24 August to
Monday 16 November 2026. It will also be available for inspection
at the Cecil Ward Building, 4-10 Linenhall Street, Belfast, BT2 8BP
during normal public opening hours. Submissions can be submitted
online using the Belfast City Council consultation site accessible
