Following a High Court challenge to the Inspector’s decision on this appeal (dated 19 December 2025), the Court has ordered that the appeal be re-determined

Against refused planning permission by Chelmsford City Council for Retrospective application for the demolition of 5 poultry sheds and the construction of 5 buildings in B8 storage use. Proposed change of use of 1 poultry shed to B8 storage use, including repair and re-cladding works. Installation of security fencing and gates.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 6 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend at the place, date and time shown above to decide the appeal.
