Portsmouth Local Plan Examination Hearing Sessions
The first set of hearing sessions regarding the examination of the Portsmouth Local Plan will commence at 10:00am on Tuesday 06 October 2026.
They will be held at the following venue and will also be webcast on the Council's website:

The Secretary of State has appointed Inspectors T. Parton BA (Hons) MPLAN MRTPI, D. McCreery MA BA (Hons) MRTPI, and M. Philpott BA(Hons) MA MRTPI to hold the independent examination of the Portsmouth Local Plan.
