PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
STAMFORD ROAD, KETTERING, NN16 8XX
Notice is hereby given by North Northamptonshire Council (“the Council”)
1. That, in accordance with section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the Council proposes to dispose by way of a lease, an area of land c.2.8m x 1.95m at Stamford Road Open Space, Kettering, NN16 8XX for the purposes of an environmental quality monitoring station’.
2. The Site includes areas of land which consist of or may be deemed to consist of public open space.
The Plan showing the Site may be inspected during normal office hours at, North Northamptonshire Council, Bowling Green Road, Kettering, Northants,NN15 7QX / Corby Cube, George Street, Corby, Northants NN17 1QG or via the weblink:

Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds of objection, to Director of Assets & Environment, North Northamptonshire Council, The Corby Cube, George Street, Corby, Northants, NN17 1QG or email
