In creditors voluntary liquidation
In accordance with directions of the High Court on
20 July 2026 anyone who was a landlord or tenant
of a property that was managed by the above-
named company and is owed money (whether that
is rental arrears, deposits or advanced rentals)
must make it known to the liquidator and provide
details of the amount claimed.
Any such claim must be made known to the
liquidator on or before 12 October 2026. Any claim
received after 12 October 2026 cannot disturb the
allocation of trust monies held with their recourse
being a claim as a non-preferential creditor in the
liquidation.
