CONTROL OF SEX ESTABLISHMENTS We, Cocktails Ltd hereby give notice that, in accordance with Section 2 and Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, on 10th of August 2026 we applied to Wolverhampton City Council for the grant of a licence to enable us to carry on the business of a Sex Shop at premises known as Cocktails Ltd (Adult Store) at Rear of Unit 1, Terminus House, Church Lane, Wolverhampton WV2 4BT. The proposed days and hours being: Monday-Friday : 10am - 9pm, Saturday : 10am - 6pm, Sunday and Bank Holidays : 11am - 5pm Any person wishing to object to the application should submit representations in writing to Wolverhampton City Council, Regulatory Services, Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton WV1 1DA by no later than 7th of September 2026.
