Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Maidstone Borough Council proposes to dispose of the interest in approximately 26,743m2 of land known as Coxheath Recreation Ground.

A plan can be requested and will be submitted electronically.
Objections to this proposal should be sent in writing to the Director of Finance and Resources at the above address or by email to property@maidstone.gov.uk not later than 21st August 2026.
