This is to inform the general public that a claim is being made in respect of superior title; relating to a meadow of 8.14 acres, known as The Bryn Land, Land Registry title number CYM583321, situate outside the village of Hyssington, Montgomery, in the county of Powys, Wales, Ordnance Survey coordinates 52.5360° N and 3.0173° W.

All persons; men or women; having any claim in respect thereof by way of sale; exchange; gift; mortgage; charge; trust; inheritance; possession; lease; lien or otherwise howsoever are requested to provide verifiable evidence of such claim in writing to The Jesse Edwards No. 1 Trust at Upper Floor, Swan Porch, 17 Market Place, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 1XD; within 14 days from the date hereof; failing which, the claim or claims of any persons; man or woman; will be considered to have been waived and or abandoned; and this transfer of title shall be lawfully completed.
