What is happening?

A Marine Licence application has been made by Belfast Harbour Commissioners for the relocation of 1 no. outfall (as previously approved under Marine Licence ref. ML2025053 and planning approval ref. LA04/2016/0421/F) and construction of 1 no. additional outfall in the location of the D3 Cruise Terminal development, Belfast Harbour.

Marine and Fisheries Division DAERA, is the Marine Licensing authority for Northern Ireland, and controls the deposit of materials from the high water mean spring tide mark out to 12 nautical miles.
