NOTICE is hereby given that the Council intend to permit the enclosure and fencing of approximately 12.8 acres of land located at Cleadon Lane, Whitburn, which consists of open
space playing field. Any objections to the intended proposal must be made in writing to the
Assistant Director of Strategic Housing and Assets at the address below to arrive no later
than Friday 14th August 2026.
