DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE FOR PLAYING FIELD
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council intend to dispose by way of lease of approximately
6.7acres of land located at Victoria Road East, Hebburn, which consists of open space. Any
objections to the intended proposal must be made in writing to the Assistant Director of
Strategic Housing and Assets at the address below to arrive no later than Friday 14th August
2026.
