Notice is hereby given under section 123 (1) (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Harborough District Council intends to dispose various parcels of public open spaces in Thurnby & Bushby to Thurnby & Bushby Parish Council
It is only proposed to transfer the land between Councils. None of the open space is available to purchase by third parties.

Land on the east side of Court Road and south of St Luke’s Church, Thurnby being all freehold title LT453696. Note the District Council owns only part of the open space at this location.
