Application has been made by IKOS INVESTMENTS LTD to the Licensing Authority of Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council for a new Premises Licence at 43 Market Place, Willenhall, Walsall, West Midlands, WV13 2AA. The application is to permit as below:-

Provision of regulated entertainment. Films - Mon to Sun. 07PM - 11PM. Indoors Only.
Indoor Sporting events. Mon to Sun. 07 PM – 11PM. Sat and Sun 11AM – 11PM.
Live Music - Mon to Sun. 06PM – 10PM. Indoors Only.
Recorded Music - Mon to Sun. 11AM – 12AM. Indoors Only.
Provision of late Night Refreshment. - Mon to Sun. 11PM – 12AM. Indoors Only
Supply of Alcohol - Mon to Sun. 12PM – 11PM. Indoors Only.
Hours premises are open to public - Mon to Sun. 11AM – 12AM.

General: None
The prevention of crime and disorder: Close monitoring, reserve the right to place restrictions and banning Public Safety: Ensure close monitoring of behaviour, excessive alcohol consumption would not be allowed if it resulted in any bad behaviour, involve police, when necessary, we would also ban people not conduction themselves properly. We would advocate sensible alcohol consumption. This is a deli with an Italian theme.
The prevention of public nuisance: No loud music, removing bad behaviour, sensible alcohol consumption.
