GROUPE SEB UK PENSION FUND (“the Scheme”)
Notice under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925
Groupe SEB UK Pensions Limited (the Trustee of the Scheme, formerly known as the Tefal/Rowenta (UK) Pension Fund), intend to finalise the winding up of the Scheme and make a distribution of any final assets remaining.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 of the intention to wind up the Scheme and distribute its assets.
The Trustee believes that it has the names of everyone who had a right to benefits under the Scheme. These benefits weretransferred to NPT (now the SEI Master Trust).
However, if you were an employee of Groupe SEB UK Limited (formerly Rowenta (U.K.) Limited) and a member of the Scheme, and think that you have entitlement to benefits, please write with full details of your claim or interest to the Trustee at the following address:

You must contact the Trustee within 2 months of the date of publication of this notice. You must therefore contact the Trustee by 24 September 2026.
As soon as possible after the expiry of this notice on 24 September 2026, the Trustee will complete its winding up,having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice. After that time, the Trustee shall not be liable to any other person.
