Notice of Intended Disposal of
Open Space Land relating to the landscaped / habitat area
off Intake Road Bolsover

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the above-mentioned Act that
1. Bolsover District Council intends to surrender its leasehold interest in land forming part of the Bolsover Colliery Site off Intake Road Bolsover
2. The leasehold land is held and used for the purposes of recreational and a wildlife habitat and available for the use of the public
3. The proposed surrender is to facilitate the intended disposal of part only of the leasehold land by the freeholder, which, with other land, is proposed for development to include a retail unit forming part of outline planning 23/00180/OUT
4. A plan of the proposed surrender land may be inspected at Bolsover District Council, The Arc, High Street, Clowne S43 4JY on Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm or on the Council’s website.
