NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Court’s directions obtained with reference to the Order dated 14 July 2026, that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first and final distribution to Members of the Club within 2 months of the last date for proving on 1 September 2026.
Members who wish to participate in the distribution must be validated by the Joint Liquidators and must send their full names and addresses, completed proof of membership form and proof of membership to the Joint Liquidators at 6th Floor, 9 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2AP or via email to
If Members do not provide the above information by the date specified on this notice, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made. The distribution will be made without regard to any unvalidated Members.
