Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 of Dover District Council’s intention to dispose by way of a garden licence/lease of land known as Land adjacent to 11 Dorman Avenue North, Aylesham, Canterbury, Kent CT3 3BL held as Public Open Space.
The intention is to lease the land for private gardens.
A plan indicating the area of the land referred to may be inspected at the Council Offices, White Cliffs Business Park, Whitfield, Dover CT16 3PJ during the Council’s normal office hours.
Any objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing and addressed to Property Services at the address given below or send to propertyservices@dover.gov.uk and must be Received by the 13th August 2026.
