What is happening?

THE LICENSING (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1996
RENEWAL OF INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENCES

Existing holders of licences for the retail sale of intoxicating liquor should
note that some licences may have to be renewed during the month of
September. The statutory renewal date for such licences is 1 September
2026 and applications for renewal must be submitted to the Clerk of
Petty Sessions at the appropriate Courthouse NOT LATER THAN
9 AUGUST 2026.
Late application or failure to make an application will mean that
the licence may not be renewed at the licensing renewal sessions
in September.
