Report of Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman
The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman has issued a further report following their investigation of a complaint about South Kesteven District Council. The complaint was about Housing matter. The Ombudsman found that there had been fault on the part of the Council, and this had caused injustice to the complainant.
The Council must now consider the further report and tell the Ombudsman within three months (or such longer period as she may agree) what it proposes to do.
Copies of the further report will be available for public inspection during normal office hours at South Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, The Picture House, St Catherine's Road, Grantham NG31 6TT for three weeks. Anyone is entitled to take copies of the further report or extracts from it.
Copies will be supplied at a reasonable charge
