Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 that Maidstone Borough Council proposes to dispose of the interest in approximately 1207.58m2 of Land at Whitebeam Drive and 5472.1m2 Land at Fairhurst Drive Coxheath.

A plan can be requested and will be submitted electronically.
