NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF LAND CONSISTING OR FORMING OPEN SPACE aIN THE BOROUGH OF TELFORD & WREKIN
LAND ADJACENT TO
50 EVER READY CRESCENT, DAWLEY, TELFORD
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123 (1) and (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) that the Borough of Telford & Wrekin intends to dispose of land adjacent to 50 Ever Ready Crescent, Dawley, Telford.
2. The land referred to in paragraph 1 above totals 16.5 sqm or thereabouts and broadly consists of incidental grassed and landscaped areas.
A plan of the said land is available to issue via email. To view the plan please contact Estates & Investments either by email on

or by phoning 01952 384333 during normal office hours, Monday to Friday.
Any representations or objections with respect to the intended disposal must be made in writing to Dawn Toy, Service Delivery Manager, Regeneration & Investment, Prosperity & Investment, Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Darby House, Lawn Central, Telford TF3 4JA, by no later than 5:00pm on [14 days after the publish date (DATE TBC)].
