NOTICE IS GIVEN by the City of Bradford
Metropolitan District Council that it intends to
dispose of land known as Land to the south of
Deanstones Lane, Queensbury, Bradford BD13
2AR (and which land lies to the east of Shibden
Head Primary School), and which land is registered
at the Land Registry under Title No. WYK787632
and which is open space land within the meaning of
section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.
The plan showing the open space land (which lies
to the south of Deanstones Lane, Queensbury,
Bradford, BD13 2AR (and which land lies to the
east of Shibden Head Primary School) and which
land is registered under Title No. WYK787632) that
the Council proposes to dispose of may be viewed
on the Council’s web site at:
