Missing Freeholder Claremont Chapel, Eastbourne Avenue, Larkhall, Bath BA1 6EN

Notice is hereby given in connection with a proposed application under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 that the leaseholders of the property known as Claremont Chapel, Eastbourne Avenue, Larkhall, Bath BA1 intend to seek acquisition of the freehold interest.

The identity or whereabouts of the freeholder is currently unknown. Any person claiming to be the freeholder or having information regarding the freeholder’s identity or location is requested to contact Thrings LLP acting on behalf of the leaseholders, at the following address:
