REVIEW OF TAXI TARIFF
Notice is hereby given, in terms of section 17(1) of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982; Falkirk Council has undertaken a review of the scales for the fares and other charges applicable to the hire of taxis within the Council area. In carrying out the review, the Council consulted with and heard representations from persons or organisations appearing to them to be or be representative of the operators of taxis within their area.
The general effect of the review is to propose that with effect from 1 November 2026 the existing scale of fares and charges shall be altered as follows.
