LAND TO THE WEST OF AMBERLEY GARDENS AND TO THE NORTH-EAST OF 22 KIMBOLTON AVENUE, BEDFORD, MK40 3AA
By virtue of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council is required to give formal notice of its intention to dispose of public open space and consider any objections to the proposed disposal.
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Bedford Borough Council intends to dispose of an area of public open space, being land situated to the west of Amberley Gardens and to the north-east of 22 Kimbolton Avenue, Bedford MK40 3AA and shown edged red on the plan available for inspection.
The proposed disposal is by way of freehold transfer. The area which is proposed to be transferred comprises approximately 105 square metres of land. It is intended that the land is to be used as open land.
A copy of this notice, together with a plan showing the land in question, may be inspected on request by contacting the Head of Property Services at the postal or email addresses set out below.
Any objections or representations to the intended disposal must be made in writing by letter or by email, specifying which site the objection relates to and the grounds on which the objection is made, and addressed to the Head of Property Services at the postal or e-mail addresses set out below, no later than 25th June 2026.
