A petition has been presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by the City of Edinburgh Council calling as a defender Dominik Gamble, whose last known address was 8 West Main Road, Edinburgh, EH9 3BQ.
If the said Dominik Gamble wishes to oppose the petition, he should appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 30 June 2026 at 10 a.m. via WebEx video conferencing to show cause why sequestration should not be awarded.
The said Dominik Gamble should immediately contact the sheriff clerk at
edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk
from whom a copy of the petition and an access link for the hearing may be obtained.
If Dominik Gamble fails to attend court on
30 June 2026 the court may grant sequestration against him.
