TRANSFER OF A LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that Revolutionary Diners & Grills Ltd (“the Company”), Company Number NI733554 whose registered office is at Unit 1, 40 The Cutts, Dunmurry, BT17 9HS intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Craigavon Courthouse, The Courthouse, Central Way, Craigavon, BT64 1AP at 10.00am on 3 July 2026 for the transfer of a licence at present held by Big Bubba Burgers Ltd whose registered office address is also Unit 1, 40 The Cutts, Dunmurry, BT17 9HS for premises situate at Units 2-5 Omnipark, Highfield Heights, Craigavon, being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article:
5(1)(e), a restaurant, namely premises other than those referred to in Article 5(1)(a) of the order, which are structurally adapted and used for the purpose of providing persons frequenting the premises with a main table meal at midday or in the evening, or both.
A Protection Order authorising Revolutionary Diners & Grills Ltd to carry on the business under the licence was granted on 23 January 2026 for the period of 6 months from the date of the order.
The following body corporate owns the business carried on under the licence – Revolutionary Diners & Grills Ltd – a limited liability company of which Liam McQuoid and Niamh Hill are the directors and executive controllers.
The owner of the premises is Omniplex Holdings (NI) Ltd.
