HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin, ar 4 Rhagfyr, 2025, wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy'n gwahardd unrhyw gerddwyr rhag cerdded ar hyd y darn o Lwybr Troed 22/15 (yn rhannol) a nodir yng Ngholofn 1 o'r Atodlen i'r Hysbysiad hwn i gyfeiriad heblaw'r hwnnw a nodir yng Ngholofn 2 o’r Atodlen ddywededig.

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym i sicrhau diogelwch wrth i waith gael ei wneud i sefydlogi'r arglawdd y tu ôl i Waith Trin Dŵr Gwastraff Talacharn ar hyd Llwybr Troed 22/15 (yn rhannol).

Lle bo'n briodol, gall Gorchmynion Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd dros dro barhau mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw'n fwy na chwe mis oni bai bod Llywodraeth Cymru yn rhoi cyfarwyddyd o dan adran 15(5) o Ddeddf 1984 i ymestyn y cyfnod cau.

(Public Footpath 22/15 (part), Laugharne Town)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council on the 4th June 2026 have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along that length of Footpath 22/15 (Part) specified in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Notice in a direction other than that specified in Column 2 of the said Schedule. 

The Order will continue in force to allow safe working of the embankment stabilisation behind Laugharne Waste Water Treatment Works along the length of Footpath 22/15 (Part).

Where appropriate, temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding six months unless the Welsh Government give a direction under Section 15(5) of the 1984 Act to extend the duration of the closure.

The replacements were carried out on a like-for-like basis using timber windows manufactured by Willow Joinery, matching the design, proportions and appearance of the originals. Listed Building Consent was not obtained prior to the works being undertaken, and this application is therefore submitted retrospectively to regularise the replacement of the windows at Flat 1, 5 Mill Street, Carmarthen, SA31 3AB for Sterling ICU Ltd
