What is happening?

BELFAST HARBOUR COMMISSIONERS
MULTIPURPOSE QUAY AT D3, BELFAST HARBOUR
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Regulation 23, that the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA), on 2 June 2026, in accordance with Regulation 22 has granted EIA Consent for the proposed development stated above.
Notice is also given in accordance with Regulation 24ZA of the grant by the Department of associated marine licences ML2025053 (Construction), ML2025054 (Dredge) and ML2025055 (Disposal) (under Sec 71 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009).
Information relating to the decision, including the reasons and considerations on which the decision is based, is available for inspection on the DAERA Marine Licensing Public Register.
