Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 of Dover District Council’s intention to dispose by way of a lease of land known as Land South Of CAB Building, Maison Dieu Gardens, Dover, Kent held as Public Open Space forming a part of and known as Maison Dieu Gardens, Dover, Kent.
The intention is to lease the land for public gardens.
A plan indicating the area of the land referred to may be inspected at the Council Offices, White Cliffs Business Park, Whitfield, Dover CT16 3PJ during the Council’s normal office hours.
Any objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing and addressed to Property Services at the address given below or send to propertyservices@dover.gov.uk and must be Received by the 25th June 2026.
